Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday said it has completed seven export-sourcing orders of nearly Rs 300 crore in the first quarter of 2025-26.
Export orders were executed as part of fee-based export-sourcing services executed in the ordinary course of business, the company said in a regulatory filing.
"The company has successfully completed seven export-sourcing assignments concluded during Q1 FY 2025-26 worth Rs 299.91 crore. The company acted solely as a procurement agent and earns a fixed 5 per cent commission on the above order," the filing stated.
The company remains focused on expanding its fee-based export portfolio while maintaining its debt-free capital structure, it added.
Last month, it announced bagging two export sourcing assignments worth Rs 85.6 crore. It also secured Rs 517 crore global sourcing mandate with Thailand-based Fortune SagarImpex Company Ltd.
