Baba Ramdev Tips To Remove Glasses: In today's era, people of all ages are seen wearing glasses. Even at a very young age, children's eyes get weak, and they have to wear glasses. This problem is increasing continuously, and the situation may get worse in the future. The way digitalization increases, the risk of eye problems is also increasing. Yoga guru Baba Ramdev told in a yoga camp that by practicing yoga, eyes can be kept healthy for a long time and one can also get rid of glasses. Baba Ramdev's tips can be very beneficial for children and youth.

According to Baba Ramdev, pranayama should be done regularly to keep the eyes healthy. Pranayama can help improve eyesight. Especially Anulom-Vilom, Bhastrika, and Kapalbhati Pranayama activate the nerves of the eyes and improve blood circulation in them. By doing this pranayama for 15 to 20 minutes daily, the dependence on glasses can gradually decrease. The yoga guru told that one can practice Tratak Kriya to remove glasses from the eyes. In Tratak practice, one looks at a stationary object like the flame of a lamp for some time without blinking. Baba Ramdev considers it an effective way to improve eyesight. Tratak improves concentration, focus, and muscle control of the eyes, which improves vision.
Eyesight can also be improved by consuming Amla and Triphala. According to Baba Ramdev, Ayurvedic things like Amla and Triphala are very beneficial for eye health. Amla is rich in vitamin C, which nourishes the retina. Triphala powder also contains Amla and other things. Apart from this, Baba Ramdev recommends doing some eye exercises to remove glasses, such as looking up and down, looking left and right, rotating in circles, and covering the eyes with the palm and palming. These easy exercises activate the eye muscles and strengthen their focus.

Baba Ramdev believes that eye health is not only related to yoga and Ayurveda, but also to a balanced lifestyle. Green leafy vegetables, carrots, amla, walnuts, and flaxseed are very beneficial for the eyes. Also, taking at least 7–8 hours of sleep reduces eye fatigue and stress. Apart from this, constantly staring at mobile, laptop, and TV screens can harm eyesight. To avoid the damage caused by this, rest your eyes for 20 seconds every 20 minutes and wash your eyes with cold water once a day. Also, wear sunglasses in bright sunlight to protect yourself from UV rays.
