WCL 2025: Kamran Akmal Misses Straightforward Stumping Chance In Pakistan Champions vs England Champions Match; Video
Retired Pakistan keeper-batter Kamran Akmal's sloppy glovework went viral in the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025 opener against England Champions in Birmingham. The right-handed batter missed a relatively simple stumping chance behind the wickets off Shoaib Malik's bowling in the match against Phil Mustard as a video of the same surfaced.

The incident occurred in the sixth over of the innings when Malik was introduced into the attack. With Mustard playing 15 deliveries and racing to 23, the southpaw danced down the attack first ball. However, he was deceived as the ball spun past his bat and went to Akmal, who failed to collect the ball cleanly.
