For students who are appearing for the B.Arch (Paper 2A) stream, the test had three parts. Mathematics (Part I) and Aptitude Test (Part II) were held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, whereas the Drawing Test (Part III) was conducted in conventional pen-and-paper (offline) mode.

The test was administered at a total of 531 test centers located in 300 cities, out of which 15 were international centers like Dubai, Doha, Muscat, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Washington, Riyadh, and Munich, among others.
