Astronomer has launched a formal probe into Astronomer CEO Andy Byron following the fallout from the Coldplaykiss cam scandal.
The company's married bossand a blonde woman were spotted in an embrace when they appeared on the big screen at the concert. The couple squirmed with embarrassment after they were caught on the screen in front of 55,000 fans at the Gillette Stadium in Boston.
Astronomer has since launched an investigation into the incident. In a an update, the company said via its LinkedIn account: "Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding.

"Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability. The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.
"Alyssa Stoddard was not at the even and no other employees were in the video. Any Byron has not put out any statement, reports saying otherwise are all incorrect."
The Mirror has contacted Astronomer for comment.

Byron was seen with his arms around the woman when they appeared on the screen. Their stunned reaction led to allegations both parties were involved in an affair, though no official confirmation of this has been given.
Their reaction racked up millions of views online and has since gone on to become a social media phenomenon. Footage also emerged of Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin cringing as the couple tried to hide.
The star said: "I don't know what to do. Oh, s***, I hope we didn't do something bad."
In original viral footage, Martin joked whether the pair were "having an affair, or they're just very shy." Seconds later, Byron removed his arm and ducked behind a barrier while the woman covered her face.
The Coldplay fan who recorded the moment told the us Sun she did not mean to cause a scandal but added she stood by sharing the footage. She continued: "I had no idea who the couple was. Just thought I caught an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it.
"A part of me feels bad for turning these people’s lives upside down, but, play stupid games… win stupid prizes."
Byron is the CEO of Astronomer, a company valued at more tan $1.3 billion (£969 million), as of July 23.
