Television presenter Adam Frost has joked about his wife's brutal reaction to the latest episodes of Gardeners' World.
Adam, 55, was speaking to Zoe Ball about gardening tips and how his life is at the moment, when he touched on a new arrival to the show and his household.
The new arrival has come in the form of dogBuster, who has started appearing on Gardener's World. In fact, Buster is so popular that Adam has admitted his wife Sulina has started skipping through his parts to get to Buster's.
He told Zoe: "I cannot think of anything worse than sitting down on a Friday night and watching me walk out and say 'Hello and welcome to Gardener's World.'
"Mrs Frost watches occasionally because obviously we've got a new dog. So Buster has become the star of the show, and she's been fast forwarding my bits just to get to the Buster bits. She says 'Buster was really good.'"
This isn't the first time Adam has talked about the arrival of Buster. Earlier this year, he told DevonLive about the real reason Buster had entered the family fray.
He said: "Mrs Frost had been poorly, and that's one of the reasons why we moved, to simplify things. We're on the mend, we're good now, but interestingly I've got four kids, and the story of the dog is: the kids are all going to me, 'Dad, mum needs something to do, because she's doing this and she's doing that; she's doing my nut in.'
"And, being poorly, she hasn't isolated herself, but she's very social, and she stopped doing it a bit and stopped making arrangements because she was worried about being ill and all of that stuff.
"So Buster is like this sidekick that's going all over the place. In a weird way, animals, gardens, music, they carry something."
Alongside caring for Buster, his children, and his wife, Adam has also been through his own personal battle with fibromyalgia, a chronic condition that causes widespread pain and tenderness in the soft tissues and muscles of the body.
Speaking to the BBC's Morning Live about his condition earlier this year, Adam spoke in greater detail about the daily consequences of the condition.
He said: "For most of my life, I've considered myself pretty fit and healthy, regularly playing sports and, of course, spending lots of time in the garden.
"But around 20 years ago, I started to experience some unusual, very odd pains. They started in my neck, back, and shoulders, like this throbbing, and then just moved through the rest of my body.
"On top of that, I wasn't sleeping very well. I'd go to work and come home, exhausted. For almost two years, I was sent from pillar to post as doctors struggled to identify what was causing me to be so unwell."
Adam is due to appear on Gardeners' World tonight (August 29th) at 8pm on BBC Two.
