The grieving bride
The image of a young woman holding her bleeding husband has sent chills down the spine after the attack and has reached almost every social media platform as the face of the tragedy. In a video that went viral , it shows the scene after the tragedy. She explains , “We were having bhelpuri when they came.” She explained how one terrorist said to the other, “He is probably not a muslim and they shot my husband.” Another woman was also seen crying and pleading, "Please save my husband!” .


Tourist from Karnataka describes her experience and shares videos

Another video is of the deceased 47-year-old Manjunath Rao from Shivamogga, Karnataka. He is seen enjoying a serene shikara ride in Kashmir with his wife Pallavi. “We really like this, very good service, thank you,” he says, smiling and giving a thumbs-up. Hours later, he was shot dead in a terror attack in Pahalgam. “My husband died right in front of me. I couldn't cry or react,” Pallavi later told a Kannada TV channel. When she confronted the attacker, he chillingly said, “Nahin marenge. Tum Modi ko jaake bolo.” Their son Abhijeya witnessed it all. The family’s joy was shattered in an instant.


Victim from Kanpur was seen playing Uno cards a day before
A heart-wrenching video has surfaced showing Shubham Dwivedi, a newlywed from Kanpur, enjoying a game of UNO with his wife and friends during their vacation in Kashmir, just hours before he was killed in the Pahalgam terror attack . In the reel, shared by his wife the night before the tragedy, Shubham is seen smiling, casually dressed, a bed sheet wrapped around his waist, laughing and passing cards on the bed.



Traumatised woman says, “Please don’t kill my child”

Another harrowing video from Pahalgam shows traumatised tourists who initially mistook Indian Army soldiers for terrorists, moments after a deadly attack. The video showed rushing tourists in shock. A woman broke down, pleading, “Please don’t hurt my child,” as her son cried out, “Papa, papa!” The soldiers, dressed in camouflage like the attackers, quickly reassured them,“We’re Indian Army. We are here to protect you.” The woman, believed to have witnessed her husband’s death, fainted from the trauma. Soldiers were seen offering water and comforting the survivors, trying to calm the chaos after the brutal assault.



A peaceful stroll that turned into a havoc

The video shows a tourist who is seen waving his hand and taking a peaceful stroll in the picturesque valley of Baisaran or ‘mini Switzerland’, but what began as a serene moment in the meadow soon turned into a scene of terror. The calm, filled with the sounds of nature, was suddenly shattered by gunfire and the screams of frightened tourists. In the video, a man appears visibly stunned as the gunshots ring out. Confused and alarmed, he instinctively moves toward the direction of the chaos, trying to understand what’s happening.
