Raipur, April 20, 2025 — In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Chhattisgarh state government on Sunday transferred 20 senior IPS officers, including nine Superintendents of Police (SPs) and two Inspectors General of Police (IGs), aiming to streamline law enforcement and improve overall governance across the state.

The official order was released late Sunday evening, detailing a comprehensive list of new postings and responsibilities across various districts and police departments.

  • Pawan Dev has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director, Police Housing Corporation, Raipur.

  • Ankit Kumar Garg is now IG, SIB, Police Headquarters, Naya Raipur.
